I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, PMH-C (certified in perinatal mental health), mother and Black woman committed to helping individuals learn how to live without inappropriate shame and guilt. My work focuses on increasing life satisfaction by reshaping core beliefs and thoughts about ourselves. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. I’m passionate about being a safe space for and supporting those struggling with ADHD, trauma, perinatal mood difficulties as well as those who identify as BIPOC and/or Queer/Trans. I see clients in person and via telehealth in California (insurance and private pay) and am also licensed to provide TELEHEALTH ONLY in Idaho (PRIVATE PAY ONLY) and Florida (insurance and private pay).
